Jana Schmidt is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience in the technology and energy sectors. Previously she served as president of Quisitive’s PayiQ, a cloud-enabled merchant acquiring payments platform (acquired by Fulcrum IT Partners); President & CEO of Harland Clarke Corp. (now Vericast), where she led the acquisition of QuickPivot to transform the company; and Ecova (now ENGIE Impact), where she advanced the core data management and energy consultancy business and strengthened its market position through the acquisition of Retroficiency.
The motto “the days are long, but the years are short” is too true. Enjoy the ride!

Dustin Anderson is a seasoned international software executive with a strong background in sales and operational management. He is recognized for his strategic leadership and ability to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. Dustin has led high-performing teams in both global billion-dollar companies and fast-growing startups, managing P&Ls across various sales models. Before joining Pine Services Group, Dustin was President of SoftwareONE’s global construction startup and held executive roles at Sage and SAP. Outside of work, he enjoys family time and has traveled to over 40 countries.

Joel Johnson brings over 15 years of finance and operations leadership. Prior to Pine, Joel has guided both high-growth startups and established enterprises through complex financial and operational challenges.

John Mack is a technology entrepreneur and business transformation leader with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations improve performance through innovation and strategic technology investments. As co-founder of The Vested Group, he guided hundreds of organizations through ERP and digital transformation initiatives. In his role as Chief Innovation Officer at Pine Services Group, John leads AI and innovation strategies focused on solving complex business challenges, accelerating operational efficiency, and creating measurable value across the organization and its portfolio companies.

Andy Rashid partners with leaders across the Pine portfolio on revenue strategy, pipeline and forecast discipline, and go-to-market execution. He brings over 20 years of experience in the ERP ecosystem, most recently as Chief Revenue Officer at Alliance Solutions Group, where he built a high-performing sales organization and a foundation for scalable growth.

Conor Melbourne
Conor supports M&A and helps lead Pine’s inorganic growth strategy. Conor spends his time identifying opportunities, speaking with business owners and focusing on deal execution. Prior to joining Pine and the Evergreen community, he sat on the investing team at Alpine Investors.

Connor is the Director of Finance and helps lead Pine's FP&A and Value Creation functions. He is passionate about helping teams excel using a data-led approach. Prior to joining Pine, Connor worked in FP&A and Portfolio Analysis at VC, PE-backed, and public companies.

Elan supports organic and inorganic growth across Pine's portfolio. Prior to joining the Pine team, he held roles on Evergreen's Value Creation Team and at EFTG, a software platform under Alpine Investors, where he focused on driving organic growth.

Mackenzie is the Manager of Organic Growth at Pine, supporting sales and marketing efforts across the Pine community. For the majority of her career, Mackenzie has been a digital strategist - executing holistic marketing campaigns for clients ranging across many verticals.

Prior to joining Pine directly, Grant worked as the Senior Technical Recruiter for Strategic Information Group, and ERP Consulting company in the Pine ecosystem. Grant has spent the entirety of his career specializing in Technical Recruitment in both agency and corporate recruitment environments.

Daniel Webb
Daniel Webb leads AI and innovation across the Pine portfolio, helping operating companies turn AI from a set of experiments into measurable margin and faster delivery. He joined Pine from within the Grove, where he built the AI practice at The Vested Group, a NetSuite consulting firm in the portfolio.

Before joining Pine, Nyna specialized in full desk recruiting for contract and consultant roles in Life Sciences and Technology, following earlier careers in operations and education.
